Eindhoven Airport appoints Lion & Gazelle to help scope requirements for a new Airport Management System

Eindhoven Airport Terminal 2

Eindhoven Airport has appointed Lion & Gazelle to assist with the requirements scoping as the first stage in the procurement of a replacement Airport Management System (AMS) for the airport. With nearly eight million passengers using the airport in 2023, Eindhoven is manages over 4000 flights a month to 148 destinations.

Lion & Gazelle has considerable experience in the procurement and implementation of AMS and will be applying its three-stage approach working in partnership with key stakeholders across the airport:

  1. Discovery: engaging with the business through workshops to understand the current landscape, strategy and objectives, concluding with production of an Appraisal Report outlining potential opportunities

  2. Requirements development: supporting the airport team with the development of their requirements to deliver a Functional & Non Functional Requirements output and Business Requirements document

  3. Request for Proposal creation: development of all the required documentation to allow a formal procurement exercise to be launched

Eindhoven Airport has now gone to market to procure its new AMS with Lion & Gazelle supporting the procurement process.
