Our approach to organising reporting in an organisation follows from our approaches to the Balanced Scorecard and Performance Management.

What we have found invariably in organisations is the presence of plethora of reports and people responsible for reporting and yet everyone having that feeling that the reports don’t quite tell what one needs to know! We see this as a symptom arising from poor performance management system (PMS). Hence, in our approach we implement an integrated system of Balanced Scorecard, PMS and reporting.
